Willie J. Reed was born in Deland, FL on November 28,1969 to Willie D. Reed and Barbara Ross-Gibson. He graduated

from William M. Raines High School (Jacksonville,FL) in 1987 then served in the United States Navy for 3 years as a Communications Specialist. After serving, he returned to Deland and joined Greater Bethelhem M.B. Church under the leadership of Bishop Garry L. Tyson. Willie Reed accepted salvation in 1993 and was later ordained as a deacon in 1994. Willie and Pamela Reed were united on April 18,1995 and have two children, Rashon Gordon (deceased) and Diamond Reed. He was called to preach and was licensed in 1995 and then begin his Theological studies. In 2008 he was ordained as an elder then installed as pastor over Jesus House Of Prayer International Ministries of Deland, FL in 2009. In 2011 he established The Word Is Out International Ministries. On October 16, 2022 he was appointed as an overseer of Florida Territory with Acts II CNI (Temecula, CA).
